At KiingzMiind, every piece of artwork is produced specifically for you after your order is placed. Our products are fulfilled through our print-on-demand partner Printify, with production handled by the printing provider JONDO.
Because each item is custom-made, we have specific policies regarding returns and refunds.
Custom Product Policy
All products sold on KiingzMiind are made-to-order. This means that once an order is placed, production begins immediately with our fulfillment partner.
For this reason, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

Buyer’s remorse

Incorrect size selection

Ordering the wrong product

Change of mind after purchase
Please review product descriptions and size information carefully before completing your purchase.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, defective, or significantly different from what was ordered, we will gladly resolve the issue.
To qualify for a replacement or refund:

You must contact us within 7 days of delivery

Provide clear photos of the item and packaging

Include your order number
Once verified, we will work with our production partner to provide either:

A replacement item at no cost, or

A full refund, depending on the situation.

Lost Packages
If your order appears lost in transit:

Contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.

We will investigate with the shipping carrier and fulfillment provider.
If the carrier confirms the package was lost, we will send a replacement or issue a refund.
Please note that KiingzMiind cannot replace orders marked as delivered by the carrier but reported as missing unless further verification is provided.
Order Changes or Cancellations
Because orders are sent to production quickly through our fulfillment partner, order modifications or cancellations are only possible within a very short window after purchase.

Once production has begun, the order cannot be canceled or modified.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during checkout.
Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider but generally take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement.
